Cancellation policy
Subscriptions and recurring deliveries
Subscriptions are optional. When you select a subscription, the product, price, delivery frequency, and any discount are shown in the purchase option and at checkout. Subscription orders renew and charge your selected payment method according to that schedule until you cancel.
Changing or canceling a subscription
You can cancel future subscription deliveries at any time. To stop the next scheduled charge and order, cancel before that renewal is processed. Use the subscription-management link provided with your order, where available. If you need help accessing or managing your subscription, email hello@akinra.com with your order number and the email address used for your order. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed. Contact us as soon as possible if you also need help with an existing order.
Returns and refunds
Subscription orders follow the same Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy as other online retail orders. This policy does not limit any rights required by law.
One-time purchases
A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring deliveries. Check the selected purchase option before completing checkout.
