Processing & Carriers
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking is included with every order.
Free Shipping
All orders $50+ ship free. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $5.99 at checkout.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after a label is created.
Issues
Missing package: Check with household members and neighbors first. If the package is marked “Delivered” and not found, email us with your order number.
Damaged in transit: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement.
