Shipping
We ship online retail orders within the United States via USPS or UPS, with tracking included.
- Orders under $50: $5.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping.
- Processing: 2–4 business days.
- Estimated transit: 5–8 business days after shipment. Processing time is additional; delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Review the shipping charge displayed at checkout before placing your order. We email tracking when your order ships; tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Returns and order issues
Because these are personal-care products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened or unopened products. This does not limit your rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods or any rights required by law.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@akinra.com within 7 days of delivery where possible, with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, without charging you to correct our error. Please do not send items back unless we provide instructions.
For missing or delayed packages, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For cancellations, contact us as soon as possible; cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
