Data Deletion Instructions

Akinra respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request that your personal data be deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to hello@akinra.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

In your email, please include:

Your full name

The email address associated with your account or order

Your order number(s), if applicable

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours

Your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

What Data We Delete

Account information (name, email, shipping address)

Order history

Any stored payment references (we do not store full payment details.. those are handled by Shopify's secure payment processor)

What We May Retain

We may retain certain records as required by law, including:

Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes

Any data required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
